1. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Exilium Online is a free-to-play, non-profit private emulator server of Silkroad Online, created solely for educational and entertainment purposes. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Joymax Co., Ltd., or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Silkroad Online game and brand are registered trademarks of Joymax Co., Ltd.

2. Server Administration & Discretionary Power

All game rules, guidelines, modifications, event configurations, and staff assignments are made exclusively by the Exilium Online administration team. The staff reserves the right to implement changes to the server database, character profiles, items, and settings at any time without prior notice to ensure gameplay balance and server stability.

3. Store, Digital Goods & Strict Non-Refundable Policy

Players may optionally purchase virtual points ("Silk"), packages, or items in our official web store to support the server's hosting, protection, maintenance, and development costs. By acquiring Silk or digital packages, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to the following terms:

• Immediate Fulfillment & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: All store items, virtual currencies ("Silk"), and packages are intangible digital goods delivered instantly to your account upon payment confirmation. Fulfillment and performance begin immediately upon purchase. Consequently, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period under local or international consumer protection laws once digital fulfillment has commenced.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Because virtual items and Silk are delivered instantly and made immediately available for in-game use without the technical or legal possibility of physical return, un-consumption, or withdrawal, all sales are final, permanent, and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No Real-World Monetary Value: Virtual items, Silk, and account balances hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currencies or physical assets, and are non-transferable outside official in-game mechanisms.
• Fraud & Chargeback Penalties: Initiating an unauthorized dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal through payment processors (such as PayPal, MercadoPago, HipoPay, Binance Pay, or card issuers) will be deemed intentional fraud and breach of contract. This will result in immediate, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all virtual assets, and reporting to relevant anti-fraud databases.
• Trading Values: While the trade of items and virtual assets among players is permitted, all trades and official sales must comply strictly with the values and limits announced by the server administration. Off-market transactions that bypass official rules are strictly prohibited.

4. Player Conduct & Rules of Engagement

To preserve a healthy, competitive, and enjoyable environment for everyone, all players must adhere to our community guidelines:

• Fair Play: The use of illegal third-party software, unauthorized bot programs, hacking scripts, client modifications (to bypass limits), or exploit abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Respectful Interaction: Harassment, hate speech, racism, severe verbal abuse, threats of real-life harm, and toxic behavior toward other players or staff members will result in immediate penalties.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials, password, and confirmation PINs. Exilium Online staff will never ask for your password.

5. Penalties & Violation Enforcement

Violation of any clause in these terms will result in immediate action by the game masters. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to:

• Temporary account suspension or character muting.
• Forfeiture of accumulated virtual points, Silk, or items.
• Permanent ban from the game and website (IP / HWID lock).
